How much to renovate our house?
We’re looking to buy a house but it needs a lot of work. I’m trying to get a ballpark figure of how much it’ll cost us.
The house is 1300sq ft, needs new flooring (wood laminate), a new kitchen with cabinets, counters, appliances, 2 new bathrooms including all fixtures except the toilets, new paint including ceiling and doors for closets.
It’s 5K, market for a house in that neigborhood, same style is 5-280.
Should we buy?
It also needs new shrubs and lanscaping and the outside trim needs painting.

half of how much u bought it for or more than 2000$ buy a new house as simple as that
i would guess around 10,000 to 20,000 depending on a lot of variences. if you can do it yourslef you would save a lot of money. also purchase your own stuff if possible.
labor is expensive.
